In our third annual call for ideas we invited creative practitioners of all disciplines to pitch ideas responding to the notion of cities as playable, configurable and malleable spaces.

We were interested in proposals that interpreted the theme in an entirely new way, offering new perspectives on the concept of Playable City. We encouraged applicants to be brave. We are delighted to have received an incredible range and breadth of ideas from Sweden to Chile and from Canada to Australia. See the heatmap above for more information.

We would like to thank everyone who helped disseminate the call and all our partners who help to make the call possible. We look forward to sharing the shortlisted candidates with you all on the 19th May.
